About Us...
The orginal system was created in October 1991 by the owners of Admast Advertising Ltd. It was designed to provide IT solutions for Admast and its clients. This network based system was developed for Admast to manage all aspects of the advertising agency including, but not limited to, press, print, radio, TV, distribution, web, supplier & client databases, invoicing, accounts and HR .
With the introduction of broadband at the start of the millennium the potential to run the existing agency software over the internet was recognised with development starting in 2001. This development is continuous as clients and employees suggest ways to improve the system.
During 2003 a new module was developed, through which Admast's clients could login and request prices as well as view schedules of their current bookings. This module has since been developed to include automatic advert pricing, artwork dispatch and tracking, viewing of voucher copies, as well as a variety of reports and much more.
Another new module was launched in 2006. This module enables the press to view a schedule of adverts booked with them, enter the URNs directly onto the system and update details held about them and their publications.
In the last 2 years Adlink, along with Admast and input from local printers and radio stations, have developed print and radio modules.
Most recently we have created a stand-alone studio management and artwork delivery system which is endorsed by Adfast. This can be found at www.studiomanagement.co.uk.
The success of Admast has relied upon this system. Every aspect of its development is tried and tested by Admast and its clients.
